FAQ
FAQ
Answers buyers usually need before a brief. If you want to see how we can assist your business, get in touch or email hello@keytoz.co.uk.
What we build
- What does KeytoZ build?
- Document intelligence and related AI systems, multi-tenant platforms, and the cloud delivery those products need. We also build communications platforms and marketing or product sites via KeytoZ Websites when that is the primary deliverable. See Work for concrete systems.
- What do you mean by AI systems?
- Software that uses models for a named product or operations workflow: document intelligence, retrieval, copilots, agents, and applied ML, with data, integrations, and failure handling treated as part of the job.
- Can you show communications or contact-ops work?
- Yes. We engineer cloud telephone answering, AI answering, and related contact-ops products, and we operate suite infrastructure where that is part of the engagement. Product-level detail is on Work.
- Which sectors can you speak to?
- Energy and infrastructure, communications and contact operations, and product software companies, based on systems we have engineered or operate. See Sectors and Work.
- Do you do web design or hosting?
- Yes, when marketing or product sites are the job. KeytoZ Websites is our AI-native DIY builder (chat, AI agents build, publish in under 10 minutes). Hosting and site care can sit on the KeytoZ platform or elsewhere. See Web design, Hosting, and the KeytoZ Websites case.
- Do you only build new systems from scratch?
- No. We also extend or take over existing systems when the problem fits. We map what already runs and what is safe to change before we change it.
How work starts
- How do you start an engagement?
- We start by understanding the problem, constraints, integrations, and success criteria, then propose a path. See Approach and How we start. We reply within one business day.
- What should I include in a brief?
- The problem, constraints, and how new work must fit systems you already run. A short note is enough to start. Get in touch or email hello@keytoz.co.uk.
- How long does a typical engagement take?
- Early discovery is usually short. Focused slices take weeks; larger platforms take longer. We share a realistic range once we understand the brief.
- Do you stay after launch?
- When that is part of the engagement, yes. That includes monitoring, hardening, and agreed improvements. Otherwise we hand off cleanly.
- Do you publish pricing?
- Not as a public calculator or rate card. Commercials follow a shared understanding of the brief and a written proposal.
- Can you work within our existing stack?
- Yes. New work is designed against your constraints and how it must integrate with systems you already run.
