Cookies and analytics
We aim to minimise cookies. Essential hosting and security cookies may apply. Details, categories, and how to manage preferences are in our Cookie policy.
If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, non-essential cookies or similar technologies load only after you accept non-essential cookies (or as otherwise described in the Cookie policy).
Sharing
We use processors that help us run the site and receive enquiries: for example hosting (such as Cloudflare) and, when configured, a form delivery provider. They process data on our instructions.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and security.

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, then deleted or archived under ordinary business practice unless a longer period is required.
Technical logs are retained for short operational periods typical of hosting and security.
International transfers
Some processors may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we expect appropriate safeguards consistent with UK data protection practice for the tools we use.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email hello@keytoz.co.uk. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can contact us first. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Updates
We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
